Regularly “cleaning your soul” and thus strengthening your psyche is an important breeding ground for a healthy body. Given the variety of everyday challenges and stresses, it is worth investing time and energy in your health and practicing self-care. In this training, those interested will learn about various ways to take action for their psycho-mental health and to cultivate individually harmonious self-care step by step.
In the introductory part, participants learn how to use their psychomental potential more and more and how to (again) come into greater contact with their own resources and sources of strength using professional input as well as exercises and techniques. To deepen and support the concrete implementation of your own self-care training, three monthly follow-up appointments will take place.
