In unserer Emder Wohnanlage "Haus Gödens" befinden sich noch ein paar zu vermietende Zimmer. Frühester Einzugstermin ist der 2. Mai 2019.

Die Zimmer sind unmöbliert und befinden sich in 4er, 5er und 6er Wohngemeinschaften. Die Warmmiete beläuft sich, je nach Angebot, auf 200 € bis 335 €, inklusiver sämtlicher Nebenkosten.

Nur kurz in Oldenburg?

Gästezimmer des Studentenwerks helfen mit kurzfristiger Unterkunft

Wer für kurze Zeit nach Oldenburg kommt oder vor dem Einzug in sein Studierendenappartement ein paar Tage überbrücken muss, hat die Möglichkeit, kurzfristig in den Gästezimmern in der Wohnanlage Johann-Justus-Weg unterzukommen. Auch BewohnerInnen der Wohnanlage Johann-Justus-Weg können hier bei Bedarf tageweise ihre Gäste unterbringen.

In unserer Wohnanlage "Alte Färberei" befinden sich vier noch zu vermietende Einzelappartements, die speziell auf die Bedürfnisse von rollstuhlnutzenden MieterInnen ausgelegt sind. In unserer Oldenburger Wohnanlage "Ökologie Centrum" befindet sich ein zu vermietendes Zimmer in einem Doppelappartement. Frühester Einzugstermin ist der 1. November 2022.

In Emden, the Studentenwerk Oldenburg offers housing for students in four halls of residence. The halls of residence run by the Studentenwerk are a good choice for both shorter and long term accommodation. Situated at comfortable distances from the University of Applied Sciences, the halls and houses provide single rooms, either in shared flats, in double apartments or in single apartments. The single and double apartments have their own kitchen / kitchenette and bathroom, whereas in the shared flats, you find shared kitchens and bathrooms.

Depending on the hall of residence, you can rent furnished or unfurnished rooms, some being also partly furnished with a book shelf and a cupboard. Even if the room is fully furnished, students must bring their own bedding (i.e. pillows, duvets and linen) as well as towels, cutlery and crockery. There are no meals provided in the halls of residence, but students may of course use the restaurant and cafeteria at the University of Applied Sciences.

The rents in the halls of residence range between € 110 and about € 256, not including utilities. Charges for utilities (such as water, heating, electricity etc.) range between 43 and 65 €, depending on the hall of residence. Further costs might arise from internet or telephone connections which are provided in all rooms. When applying for a room, please note that the usual waiting lists may be longer at the beginning of the winter term in september.

Furthermore, the Studentenwerk offers an online private accommodation database for international students. There, you can look for room offers published by private landlords and get in touch with them directly.

In Wilhelmshaven, the Studentenwerk Oldenburg offers housing for students in a hall of residence, situated at a comfortable distance from the University of Applied Sciences "Jade Hochschule". It is a good choice for both shorter and long term accommodation. The hall provides only single rooms, either in double or single apartments with their own kitchen / kitchenette and bathroom or a shared flat, housing four students.

While the rooms are fully furnished, students must bring their own bedding (i.e. pillows, duvets and linen) as well as towels, cutlery and crockery. There are no meals provided in the hall of residence, but students may of course use the restaurant at the University of Applied Sciences.

Depending on size and facilities offered, the rents in the hall of residence range between € 169 an € 172, including utilities such as heating, electricity and water. Further costs might arise from internet or telephone connections which are available in all rooms.

Das Studentenwerk Oldenburg bietet speziell ausgestattete Appartements für behinderte und chronisch kranke Studierende an. Eine bevorzugte Berücksichtigung wird dabei regelmäßig nicht nur für rollstuhlfahrende und mobilitätsbehinderte Studierende ermöglicht, sondern auch für sinnesbehinderte und chronisch kranke Studierende. Als Nachweis über die Behinderung können Studierende alternativ zum Schwerbehindertenausweis ein fachärztliches Attest vorlegen. In Ergänzung dazu kann eine Stellungnahme der Behindertenberatung als Nachweis anerkannt werden.
